Kochek Company LLC’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or credit (at our option). This warranty is intended to cover defects in manufacturing and does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, wear, unauthorized repair, improper assembly or lack of or improper maintenance.
